Teaching Yoga and Meditation in Military Communities

Advanced Trainings for Certified Yoga and Meditation Teachers

Warriors At Ease courses prepare certified yoga and meditation teachers to work in military settings with active duty servicemembers, veterans, family members, professional caregivers, and civilian staff.

Why Get Certified?

As the US military adopts evidence-based mind/body approaches and seeks to hire competent instructors, specialized training focused on military culture and combat-related conditions will help those responsible for selecting mind/body contractors and staff to make more informed decisions.

How does it work?     What are my options?

We designed the TYMMC (Teaching Yoga and Meditation in Military Communities) training in four modules to allow you to benefit in the way that best fits your unique interests and situation. You may or may not want to be certified so these modules are designed for both choices. You choose either the Yoga Teacher Certification Track or the Meditation Teacher Certification Track.
